**This auction will have a staggered ending, three items per minute. If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

INSPECTION: Representatives will be on site for inspection Friday, November 15th and Tuesday, November 19th from Noon to 2 PM. All items are located at Richmond Hill City Center, inside JF Gregory Park, at 520 Cedar Street Richmond Hill, GA 31324. South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection. Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy. PICKUP: Pick up for this auction will be by appointment for select hours on Thursday and Friday November 21st and 22nd ONLY. South Auction representatives will NOT be on site after these dedicated pickup dates. If you are unable to pick up on these days, please do not bid. Winning bidders will be contacted via email about how to set an appointment. NO SHIPPING is available for this auction. PICKUP ONLY. Winning bidders are reminded that they are responsible for all disassembly, and loading. Please plan ahead to bring the proper tools, equipment and labor. We will have a tractor on site to assist in loading range and ovens. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE PICKUP DATES!
