There is a 10% BUYERS PREMIUM added to your bid if you are the high bidder. There is a minimum of $1,500 buyers premium on each property.  If you are the winning bidder you will be required to submit a 20% EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT within 48 hours of the auction. 

Bidding Ends: Dec. 13th at 12 noon est.   ***PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS EXTENDED BIDDING IN PLACE ON ALL LOTS. All lots will extend in 5 minute intervals as long as we are receiving bids on ANY PROPERTY. The bidding will remain open until we do not have a bid on any property for 5 minutes.
