There is a 10% BUYERS PREMIUM added to your bid if you are the high bidder. There is a minimum of $1,500 buyers premium on each property.  If you are the winning bidder you will be required to submit a $5,000 EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT per property within 48 hours of the auction.
