**This auction will have a staggered ending, two items per minute.  If any item receives a bid within the last minute of the auction, that item will extend for 2 minutes until bidding ceases.

INSPECTION:  Representatives will be on site for inspection on Saturday, April 1st from  9 AM to Noon.  Items may also be inspected by appointment.  Items are located between two different locations:  Cook County Middle School 1601 N Elm St Sparks, GA 31647 and The Bennett Farm at 120 Bennett Lane Adel, GA 31620.  South Auction strongly recommends in person inspection.  Items are described to the best of our abilities, but with no guarantee of accuracy.  Please be sure to click through on individual items for longer descriptions, additional information and additional pictures.

PICKUP:  Items are located between two different locations:  Cook County Middle School 1601 N Elm St Sparks, GA 31647 and The Bennett Farm at 120 Bennett Lane Adel, GA 31620.  For items at the middle school, pickup will be Friday April 7th 4-6 PM and Saturday, April 8th 8 AM to Noon.  For items at the Bennett Farm, pickup will be Friday April 7th 9 AM to 3 PM and Saturday, April 8th 8 AM to Noon.  No shipping is available for this auction.  Pickup only.  PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR THESE PICKUP DATES!
